Only 9kms from Melbourne's CBD, Elsternwick is nestled between vibrant St Kilda, and the beaches of Brighton with their famous and colourful beach bathing boxes. Brown's B&B provides superior self-contained accommodation that has been professionally designed and customised with comfort in mind. 
Guests have a choice of either king or queen ensuite bedrooms, each with a private terrace and separate access. Rooms are tastefully decorated with spacious and well-equipped ensuites. The guest's dining and sitting room is equipped with stereo TV and DVD player, CD player and tuner, gas log fire and an extensive library of books and magazines. A range of current DVDs and CDs are also available for your use. The guest's kitchenette has a bar fridge, sink, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee pots and a sandwich grill to use during the course of your stay.
During the cooler months the central heating normally operates between 6am and 10pm. Each bedroom has its own electric room heater that will boost the room heat to the desired temperature within minutes. The guest sitting/dining room has a gas log fire. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans that can be operated at your convenience during the warmer months. 
Breakfast provisions are supplied for guests to enjoy at their convenience. They include a range of cereals, breads, fruits, juice, yogurts, tea and good coffee. All rooms are non-smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke outside on their terrace. Off-street parking is provided. |
